Prices do not include the applicable tourist tax, which is calculated based on the applicable municipal regulation at the time of the stay (€1.55 per day for each guest from 14 years of age).

On request, we are happy to prepare you an individual breakfast basket with our own fresh products (additional charge). There’s no need to pre-book it: you can decide when you are here.

We look forward to your written e-mail reservation. The reservation comes into effect once the deposit has been paid. Please cite your name as the reason for the transfer.

Deposits will not be reimbursed in the event of cancellation. The terms and conditions below also apply.

Payment: Bills are to be settled on site. We accept payments by credit card (VISA or MasterCard), debit card or in cash.

Arrival: You can check in from 2 p.m. You are welcome to arrive earlier, but will not be able to access your apartment until then.

Departure: Please vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. We are happy to arrange different times on request.

The Italian Consumer Protection Code does not provide for the right of withdrawal. Nevertheless, we allow cancellation under the following terms, in accordance with art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code.

If you cancel your reservation no later than 3 months before the scheduled date of arrival, there are no cancellation fees. However, we do keep the deposit.

3 months to 4 weeks before scheduled arrival, we charge the price of 3 nights.
In the last 4 weeks, we charge 70% of the total booking price.

In the event of no-shoe or early departure, we charge the booking price in full.

Please inform us as soon as possible if, for some reason, you have to cancel your holiday.

We can’t wait to have you here as our guests. However, we know that sometimes life gets in the way of a well-deserved holiday. This is why we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance when you book your stay: it will cover any cancellation fee and help you enjoy the anticipation with more peace of mind.
