We are Simone and Thomas – lovely to meet you! We are eager to show you all the best our Villnöss valley has to offer, including fresh mountain air, delicious cuisine and authentic experiences out in nature. We are parents ourselves, so we know what families need when on holiday. So, we have come up with some ways to make your stay an unforgettable experience – not just in your holiday apartment but also on our farm with our animals, as well as at Kaserill Alm – our Alpine hut where Thomas will cook you the best Käsenocken and softest Kaiserschmarrn you’ll ever taste. Something you don’t want to miss!
You will also have the chance for inspiring nature experiences, while your children get friendly with our animals as real budding farmers. For couples seeking peace and quiet, our farm is an idyllic retreat for resting and recharging.

Our farm is powered by renewable energy sources: electricity comes from the solar panels on the roof, hot water and heating from a biomass boiler fed with wood chips from our own trees, and we’re also connected to the local hydroelectric power station.
As a member of Slow Food Villnöss, Unterkantiolerhof is committed to serving high-quality food that is locally sourced and sustainably produced.
On our premises you will also find a charging station for electric vehicles, so you can enjoy a sustainable holiday that is as good for the environment as it is for you.
