This bright apartment is perfect for sharing pleasant moments. It features two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open fireplace, a living room with kitchen for dining and chatting together, and two balconies commanding a breath-taking view of the Geisler peaks in all their majesty. But the real highlight is the panoramic whirlpool with relaxation corner on the upper floor. The apartment’s furnishings are made from local Swiss stone pine wood, which will rock you to a deep, restful sleep with its wholesome scent.

The prices are per apartment and night for a stay of at least 3 nights. For every additional guest, the costs amount to 20 € per night. Pets are not allowed.

The prices are per apartment and per night, based on a minimum stay of 3 nights. For each additional person, we charge 20 € per person/night in low season (Season A & Season B) and 40 € per person/night in high season (Season C & Season D).
Pets are not allowed.
Breakfast basket
On request, we are happy to prepare a delicious breakfast basket for you. We fill it with fresh cow’s milk, eggs from our hens, Alpine cheese that carries the flavour of our own pasture, homemade yogurt, jams and fruit juices, and fresh bread rolls from our baker.
And if you like the idea of taking some of our goodness home, we are happy to prepare an edible souvenir for you. This way, you can not only carry the Villnöss Valley in your heart, you can also taste it from the comfort of your home.

Prices do not include the applicable tourist tax, which is calculated based on the applicable municipal regulation at the time of the stay (€1.55 per day for each guest from 14 years of age).
On request, we are happy to prepare you an individual breakfast basket with our own fresh products (additional charge). There’s no need to pre-book it: you can decide when you are here.

We look forward to your written e-mail reservation. The reservation comes into effect once the deposit has been paid. Please cite your name as the reason for the transfer.

Deposits will not be reimbursed in the event of cancellation. The terms and conditions below also apply.
Payment: Bills are to be settled on site. We accept payments by credit card (VISA or MasterCard), debit card or in cash.
Arrival: You can check in from 2 p.m. You are welcome to arrive earlier, but will not be able to access your apartment until then.
Departure: Please vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. We are happy to arrange different times on request.
The Italian Consumer Protection Code does not provide for the right of withdrawal. Nevertheless, we allow cancellation under the following terms, in accordance with art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code.
If you cancel your reservation no later than 3 months before the scheduled date of arrival, there are no cancellation fees. However, we do keep the deposit.
3 months to 4 weeks before scheduled arrival, we charge the price of 3 nights.
In the last 4 weeks, we charge 70% of the total booking price.
In the event of no-shoe or early departure, we charge the booking price in full.
Please inform us as soon as possible if, for some reason, you have to cancel your holiday.
We can’t wait to have you here as our guests. However, we know that sometimes life gets in the way of a well-deserved holiday. This is why we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance when you book your stay: it will cover any cancellation fee and help you enjoy the anticipation with more peace of mind.
